Moist Red Velvet Cupcake Recipe | Perfect for Valentine's Day

Today's episode is about an easy moist red velvet cupcake recipe. These cupcakes are absolutely delicious and perfect for the coming Valentine's day.

Ingredients you will need:
For the cupcakes:
2 cups cake flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ⅓ cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ melted unsalted butter
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup of freshmilk mix with 1 tbsp of vinegar)
½ vegetable oil
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
red gel food coloring

For the cream cheese frosting:
225 grams of cream cheese
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar plus more if needed

Preheat oven to 150C ( Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean)
