Simple Swedish Meatballs and Gravy Recipe

Special Episode made by Bona's camera guy/ editor ;) Today we will make Swedish meatballs and gravy recipe that are super delicious. Remember if you can add lingonberry jam it would be even better (if you can get it at your shop)

The ingredients you will need are:
500g minced beef
2 slices of white bread
small onion or half a big one
1/2 cup of double cream
1 egg
1/4 tsp of salt, black pepper, ground nutmeg and all spice
1 tbsp brown sugar
50 ml chicken broth
400ml beef broth
3 tbsp plain flour
8 oz sour cream
lingonberry jam or sauce if possible
Butter for frying aprox 1 1/2 tbsp

Remember to preheat your oven to 180 C
