Suman Moron | Chocolate Sticky Rice Cake | Filipino Delicacy

Today's episode is how to make suman moron. It is Visayan delicacy made of glutinous rice flour cooked in coconut milk mixed with cocoa powder.

Ingredients you will need for suman moron:
For the vanilla mixture:
1 can coconut milk
1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the chocolate mixture:
1 can coconut milk
1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
