NYC Style Chocolate Chip Cookies | Cookie Recipe

Ingredients you will need:
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup white granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ⅓ cups of plain flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking Soda
½ tsp salt
300g dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 170 C
