Our tractor started to overheat a bit recently so we wanted to show you the maintenance steps to prevent an overheating tractor engine.

It is easy to prevent an overheating tractor with a few basic steps. Make sure your radiator and protection screen are free from any debris. Check your coolant level both in your radiator and your overflow tank. Make certain that your radiator fluid is free from rust particles and gunk. Inspect all of your hoses and check for leaks. Lastly check to see if your thermostat is operating properly.

Pro tip: Take your bucket off when brush hogging as it can throw grass seed heads and debris back into your radiator clogging it up prematurely.
