Tractor overheating. Clogged dirty radiator. Low coolant level

Even though I regularly check the fluid levels and keep up with the maintenance schedule for my Kioti RX 7320 tractor, it still overheated. When I checked the fluid level, the reservoir was empty and the radiator was almost a gallon low.
In the past I have attached a ling skinny tube to a shop vac and tried to suck out anything that might be on the radiator, I have never blown the radiator out, with compressed air, because I had been advised against it.
This time, it was completely clogged in some spots and there seemed to be no other way to do it.
