The amazing Ugur Cevher uses a continuous sequence of abs crunches and leg lifts to work his amazing mid-section - followed by a long squeeze to exhaust the muscles. But for added intensity, he employs the Vacuum Stomach technique to really work the abdominals.
Note - the Vacuum Stomach move is a tricky and potentially painful technique which should only be employed with correct form.
