Thermal Thresholds with the Medoc Q Sense
This video features a demonstration of the Medoc Q Sense Thermal Threshold machine which is used to assess small fiber neuropathy. It is an update on the TSA II and is fan driven rather than water based. This allows it to be more portable, cheaper and requires less servicing. It doesn't have all the features of the TSA II but will cover the bases for most Neurology / Neurophysiology centers. I have not been sponsored in any way to produce this video nor have I received any benefits for it. It should not be viewed as a product endorsement and is purely for informational purposes to allow colleagues to see a demonstration of what is currently available.
