Duration is key to burn Calories
Whilst 'every little counts', the duration of exercise is key to burning calories. It doesn't have to be vigorous or intense to be effective, as I demonstrated in my walking video. As one of my old Professors of Cardiology used to say "the walk to the gym has greater health benefits than what is done in the gym" #Takecontrol and #LiveSmart
