Being overweight is usually as a result of excessive eating behaviors. Telling people to eat less and work out is, in my opinion, fairly unrealistic. It's important to set positive goals and targets. In my professional life, we are encouraged to set SMART objectives. Weight loss and healthy living is remarkably simple and doesn't take much time. Join me in helping people to 'Live Smart' and make positive choices and changes in how we eat and go about our daily lives.
