GASTRIC SLEEVE: Post-Op Week 63 (NSV make me wanna keep it going!)
VSG 4/28/16, 306 lbs before surgery, current weight 180s. was size 26 pants, now size 12.
NSV (Non-scale victories)...this week my hhusband and i experienced getting on a roller coaster, something that the both of us havent done since we were kids! It was very exciting and not until now did i realize how emotional and freeing it felt to be enjoying that experience. When you experience an NSV, enjoy it and bask in the glory of the new you! you deserve it!
