Hello All! This is MY FOOD CHOICES video! A lot of people had been asking me to do one, and I waited because I don't really eat a lot in a day, these meals are really some of my lunch ideas and some dinner and snacks. Everyone may not agree with what I eat but it works for ME! I just wanted to let everyone know their IS LIFE AFTER VSG, lol, just eat not in moderation but in bites, 4-6 to be exact, lol and give the rest away! If I can do it, you can too!
