GASTRIC SLEEVE: Post-Op week 89 THE BEGINNING PROCESS.....

Hello and welcome to my channel, I am a vsg patient! I had surgery almost two years ago on 4/28/16, I started out at 306lbs, and after ten day liquid diet I was 286lbs, today I am 194lbs after a couple of pounds weight loss.

Friends have been following me seeing my journey but they wanted to know how did I get to this point, so I made a vlog about it, at least all of the information that I know. I am here to help anyone and answer any questions. I dont claim to know it all but I am here to help.
