Surgery date: 4/28/16, BS:306lbs, Sw:286lbs, cw: 204.0lbs, 5'5" tall, was size 26 down to 16, from 1X shirt down to medium shirt.... with the holidays coming, we don't want to get back to our old habits, don't graze around the tables, don't eat on a regular size plate. Take your saucer with you, it can only help. Stay away from the carbs and sugars.😘
