GASTRIC SLEEVE: Being too busy for myself! Slow down...

Hello my name is S. Walker, I am a vertical gastric sleeve patient. I was sleeved on 4/28/16 at the weight of 274lbs. When I started my journey I weighed in at 336lbs at my heaviest! I started a blog in order to help people like myself who wanted answers and was willing to ask questions to get them. I am not a doctor nor a dietician, the information I have is from my dietician and physician and I just pass it on. I am here to help and have started a facebook page in support of ANY WEIGHT LOSS program that you may be in, the name of it is THE NICE LOSERS OF WLS. it is very helpful and will get you started. we just need you to take the first step and ask to be a friend.
