CHEESY QUESDILLA

- one carb counter wrap
- 0.5 serving of shredded chicken from taco kit

- salsa
- shredded lettuce

how to make:
- add chicken and cheese in wrap
- in a skillet spray with olive oil spray
- add wrap and cook on each side for 4 minutes
with lid on
VEGGIE TOFU SPRING ROLLS
299 calories with sauce
- 3 spring roll paper
- cucumber, cabbage, avocado
- 3oz extra firm tofu

SAUCE
- 1 tbsp pb powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

how to make:
- use paper towel to dry tofu and squeeze water out
- cut tofu into long strips
- season with salt, pepper, garlic powder on each side
- in a skillet spray with olive oil spray
- cook tofu on each side ( about 15 minutes) on medium to high heat
- cut veggies

for spring rolls
- place in water for about 30 seconds you want the paper to stay firm but a little soft
- add your veg and tofu and roll up

- microwave chicken per instructions
- microwave rice per instructions
