WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IN A CALORIE DEFICIT! - 56 LBS DOWN

A full realistic day of eating for weight loss in a calorie deficit. I track my food in “bite form” on ITrackBites app and also calculate my daily calories so all the food I eat is within my daily calories needed to lose weight.

For reference I’m on better balance plan with 30 daily bites.

For calories that varies from person to person I wouldn’t go off what one person on the internet does. Make sure to use a calorie or macro calculator you can find free on the internet or speak to a nutritionist to find out how many calories you need to be eating to lose weight healthy.

🫐 Yogurt parfait:
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate jell-o mix
- 1/4 cup lemon blueberry Millville granola
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Method:
Microwave blueberries first for about 15 seconds, then layer yogurt, granola, and top with syrup

🍥Sushi:
- 2 nori sheets (seaweed)
- 1/2 cup white sushi rice
- firm tofu
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- red pepper
- asparagus
- avocado
- sesame seeds

Method:
- Cut your firm tofu into long slices, air fry on 400 for 10 - 15 minutes , once done place on a plate with coconut aminos and toss together so tofu is coated well

- Cook sushi rice based off instructions , once done add into bowl how much you want to use for sushi, place nori sheet down you want the side with texture to hold the rice and veggies

- Add your rice and cut up vegetables onto the nori sheet, in each side add a small amount of water with your fingers, then roll nori sheet like you would a wrap / burrito , if the edges of the nori sheet lift just add more water and smooth it out with fingers

- To cut your sushi you want a sharp knife , slide it on a damp rag , then cut sushi , if sushi sticks to knife wet again with rag
🍚Cauliflower fried rice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- grilled chicken
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- frozen cauliflower rice
- red pepper
- broccoli
- egg

Method:
- in a skillet add sesame oil, microwave cauliflower rice to soften then add into pan , then add your pepper and broccoli, cut that down for about 5 minutes , then add your coconut aminos and stir

- crack one egg into skillet and scramble your egg in with your mixture , let cook for about 8-10 minutes or medium to high heat

- air fry your chicken on 400 for 30 minutes tossing half way thru , once chicken is done toss is coconut aminos and place aside

Assemble your dish adding cauliflower fried rice and vegetables , add your chicken, and top with avocado or any toppings of your choice
