WEEKLY WW MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS | BREAKFAST BURRITOS, ITALIAN MEATLOAF MUFFINS, + MORE!

🌯BREAKFAST / Makes 5 wraps and 1 wrap is 3 Smart Points
what you need:
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 4 jimmy dean turkey patties
- 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar and mozzerella cheese mix together to make total of 1/2 cup
- 5 carb counter whole wheat wraps
- 1 tbsp trader joes chili pepper sauce
- tamed pickled jalapeno's
- salt + pepper
➡️How to make:
Step 1 - Cut up your patties into small dice sized pieces, in a bowl add your eggs + egg whites , and 1 tbsp chili sauce, salt + pepper and whisk together.
Step 2 - In a skillet brown your diced sausage then once done place in a bowl, next add eggs into skillet and scramble your eggs once done place in a separate bowl.
Step 3 - On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper add your wraps and assemble your burritos. Add eggs, sausage, cheese, then top with pickled jalapenos and roll up, spray with olive oil spray on each side. BAKE ON 400 FOR 12 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE

🧀LUNCH / ITALIAN MEATLOAF CUPS
Makes 12 cups and 1 cup is 2sp, 2 cups 3sp, and 3 cups for 5sp.
➡️What you need:
- 16oz 96 4 % extra lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup organic garlic pasta sauce
- 1/4 shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp white flour
- white onion, diced
- bella mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
Seasonings: salt + pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, dried basil, dried oregano, red pepper chili flakes

How to make:
Step 1 - Cut your onions and mushrooms, and sun dried tomatoes into small pieces, add into a bowl. In the same bowl add 1 egg, 1 1/2 tbsp flour, ground beef, shredded cheese, 1/2 cup pasta sauce, and seasonings, mix everything together.
Step 2 - In a muffin pan add your mixture then add your shredded parmesan cheese, and top with dried oregano.
Step 3 - Bake on 450 for 20 minutes

🥓DINNER CREAMY CHICKEN
Makes 4 servings, 1 serving is 3 Smart Points
➡️What you need:
- 4 chicken breast
- 98 % fat free cream of chicken soup
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 stalks of green onions
- 1 cup fat free shredded mild cheddar cheese + 2 tbsp mozzarella to the top (optional I just had leftover)
- 3 tbsp real bacon pieces
- 1 cup bella mushrooms, diced
Seasonings: Salt + pepper, garlic powder, minced onion.

How to make:
Step 1 - Dice your mushrooms, then in a bowl add your canned chicken soup and 3 tbsp water, next add 1/4 sour cream, 2 tbsp of your bacon bits save 1 tbsp for the top, add half of your shredded cheese save the other half for the top, add your seasonings and everything together.
Step 2 - Add your chicken into a pan and season with salt + pepper, add your mixture onto the chicken and spread evenly. Next add your 1 tbsp bacon bits to the top and your shredded cheese you saved , top with green onions and Bake on 420 for 40 minutes.
Step 3 - Once done cooking I added 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese and fresh green onions
