WEEKLY WW MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS! WEIGHT WATCHERS BLUE PLAN

breakfast - overnight oats 2 ways

strawberry lemon oats made 2 each is (3sp)
what you need:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened oatmilk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 large strawberries, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water

How to make:
Cut your strawberries, squeeze juice from lemon, add everything into a bowl and stir, divide into your containers and add water to each. I used 1/4 cup for both. Then store in refrigrator overnight.

chocolate banana walnut oats made 2 each is (6sp)
what you need:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened oatmilk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate pbfit powder
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/4 cup water

How to make:
Cut and mash the banana, add everything into a bowl and stir, divide into your
containers and add water to each. I used 1/4 cup for both. Then store in refrigrator overnight.
lunch - cheesy mushroom chicken (I made this dish into 5 servings because my chicken breast were so large so one serving is 2sp - if you make it into 4 servings it will be 3sp!)
what you need:
- 2 large chicken breast butterflied into 5 pieces
- 1 cup great value fat free shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 cup great value finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup half and half cream
- 1 small container of baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
seasonings:
salt + pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, dried parsley

how to make:
butterfly 2 large chicken breast into 5 pieces, slice your mushrooms, in a dish spray with olive oil spray, add your chicken and soray the top then add seasonings to the top, pour in half and half, add mushrooms, and cheese on top. Bake in oven on 400 for 40 minutes or until fully cooked.

Note: I have a gas oven so my cooking time may differ from standard oven.

dinner- beef chili 1 1/3 cup is a serving for 2sp
what you need:
- 16 oz 96/4 lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced purple onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 32 oz reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can of 14.5 oz fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can of 14.5 oz diced tomaotes
- McCormick Original Chili Seasoning

How to make:
Dice your onion enough for 1/2 cup, mince your 2 garlic cloves, rinse and drain your canned beans, then add everything into crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours.

Note: I have a gas oven so my cooking time may differ from standard oven.
