WW LUNCH IDEAS FOR WEIGHT LOSS! HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS MEALS ON WEIGHT WATCHERS!

I am sharing my 4 fav lunch ideas with you in this video. I am on ww blue plan for weight loss!

lunch one / blue cheese chicken salad - 8 points
- 2 tyson blackened chicken strips
- 22 gm blue cheese crumbles
- 12 gm chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp real bacon pieces
- 2 tbsp balsmic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- spring mix
- cherry tomato
- celery
- purplpe onion
- sea salt

Air fry your chicken , then assemble your salad. If you are taking this to work just seperate your lettuce from other ingredients and mix together in a container at work.

lunch two / cheesy chicken burrito - 7 points
- xtreme whole wheat wrap
- shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup white rice
- 22 gm avocado spread
- tammed pickled jalapenos
- shredded lettuce
- 20gm reduce fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp light sour cream for dipping
- salsa

Cook your chicken then shred it, smash your avocado, then add into the wrap, roll up your wrap into a burrito, then in a pan spray with olive oil spray add the cheese, place your burrito on top and let the cheese melt for 2- 3 minutes on medium heat. Once cheese starts to brown use a spatula to push the cheese against the burrito then turn burrito over.

lunch three / potato and zuchini platter with tangy sauce - 6 points total with sauce
-170 gm golden baby potatoes
- 2 zuchinni , chopped
- olive oil srpay
- sea salt
- honey hype seasoning
air fry on 380 for 30 minutes

for the sauce - 2 points
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- pinch of fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- sea salt and black pepper
whisk together until smooth sauce

lunch four / pork ramen - 11 points total
- 1 1.2 cup ocean halo ramen broth
- 2 oz oceans halo ramen noodles
- 2 slices pork bacon
- one boiled egg
- 25 gmavocado
- squirt of lime juice
- chives

In a pot cook your bacon, in seperate pot boil your egg, once bacon is cooked add the ramen broth into the bacon pot, bring to boil then add ramen and cook 2-3 minutes on high until ramen is cooked through. then assemble your bowl.
