WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON WW BLUE PLAN + WW RECIPES INCLUDED!

Another day full of eating on WW Blue and sharing recipes with you guys :)
All points given are for WW Blue Plan - I used all my daily points and 3 weekly points on this day.

Recipes I shared in this video:
I only account for milk and on powder , I don't add points to blended fruit so the smoothie comes to 4sp. If you add points for fruit you will have to add in your WW app to see point value.
Smoothie
- 4 chunks frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
- 2 tbsp pbfit powder
- 1 cup unsweetened oatmilk
- 1/2 cup water

Salad Dressing ( so good - if your salad is bigger you may need to double this recipe)
The salad dressing is just 1sp!
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Sausage + Orzo Soup
(made 9 servings 1 1/3 cup is one serving for 10sp / you could lower points if you used turkey or chicken sausage)
- 19 oz sweet italian pork sausage
- 2 cups celery diced
- 1 whole red onion, diced
- 1 whole shallot, diced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomaotes ( oregano basil blend)
- salt + pepper, dried oregano
- olive oil spray

How to make:
- Cut your veggies into dice size pieces, take sausage out of the skin casing, in a large pot spray with olive oil spray, add your garlic & shallots and let cook down.
- Next add onion and celery, then sausage and cook until sausage is cooked through, then add diced tomatoes, broth, pasta, and seasonings.
- Stir, place lid on, cook on low height with light simmer for 35 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
