WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON WW BLUE + OVEREATING ADVICE!

In this what i eat in a day I wanted to discuss about over eating and the day after over eating what that looks like for me. I dont restrict my food, I dont punish myself for the day before. All I do is get back to my normal way of eating and tracking points. This is what works for me and helps me with over eating eposides not lasting as long. I hope this is helpful for someone who also deals with over eating and feels a little lost at what to do to continue on with weight loss :)

Chicken Parmesan Recipe: Made 3 servings and 1 serving is 9 points
- 3 large chicken breast
- 6 oz brown pasta
- tomato sauce
- 60 gm reduce fat mozzerlla cheese
- 38 gm parmasean cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic powder

chicken parm:
boil pasta , line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add chicken, season chicken breast, then add your cooked tomato sauce, add the mozzeralla cheese to the top and save parmasean for the
last ten minutes of cooking. Bake 400 for 35 minutes.

tomato sauce:
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- handful on sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt , pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, red pepper chili flakes - add to taste preference

tomato sauce:
add oil in pan and minced garlic, then add sun dried tomatoes and let cook for about 1 minute, on medium heat, lower heat and add canned tomatoes and sauce, place lid on and cook for 12 minutes on low heat.
