Weekly Meal Prep for weight loss! See what I eat in a day as I do a WW meal prep. Planning what I eat and meal prepping are crucial in my weight loss journey on WW / Weight Watchers! :) You don't need to be on any type of weight loss journey to follow my channel. You can still get tips and ideas for meal planning and meal prepping. Recipes and links to items used below.

I follow the WW blue plan, but I also give points for the WW purple plan and the WW green plan.

You can also use Western Bagelettes in this recipe, but I chose to go with the 1-point bread. Also, it says dried bread, but mine was only sitting out for about 2 hours..
To reheat these, I just removed them from the foil liners and microwaved for 30 seconds.
REVIEW AFTER TRYING: These were really good!! We ended up only using half the syrup for each one.

If you're on purple, you must use brown rice for it to come out to the 1 point.
Modifications: I increased the servings to six and adjusted the ingredients. For the rice, I just used 3 cups for the 6 servings.
REVIEW AFTER TRYING: Way too salty and too much soy sauce flavor! If you cut back on the rice like I did, make sure to cut back on the soy sauce. I really liked these, but it was way too salty (next time I'll use low-sodium soy sauce) and it was too much soy sauce for the amount of rice. My husband didn't care for this one because of all the soy sauce flavor. I would definitely make these again, but I would probably just use 1/2 a cup of the soy sauce rather than 1-1/4 cups, and then I would use more water. The color of this seemed really dark to me. This will definitely be good with some tweaking to the sauce!
