Hello guys! Before attempting to make the recipe...Please read below ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

For our second recipe for Cookies/Bars. Here is probably the easiest bar dessert there is. You just need to layer up all the ingredients listed and there you go!

It is named Magic Bars because of how fast and "magically" it can be done in a snap....and it magically becomes one whole bar!

Magic Cookie Bars Recipe | How to | No coconut | Fast Easy Dessert

*Originally, shredded or flaked unsweetened dry coconut is used here but i prefer using Quick Cooking Oatmeal instead. You may use the coconut if you want, 1/2c to 1c or depends on your liking.
*I forgot to show it in the video but before baking it, you may sprinkle some Rock/Sea salt so that there is a contrast between salty and sweet flavor. ;)
*You may use any kind of nut you want. You may also add dried fruit or even change flavors of chips like butterscotch instead of white chocolate.
*Bake at 180C for 25min-30min(depends on your oven). I used an 8x12 rectangular pan here. Baking it longer makes it chewier while baking it on exact time(or less) makes it gooey-er. Important is it comes out of the oven golden brown on top

After coming out of the oven, let it cool at room temperature completely OR for around 30min and then put the bars in the refrigerator for around 1hr before cutting it. It really depends on you.
