This version is a nice copy of the ever famous Raffaello chocolate that we all love, it's not the perfect copy but it will do the job. If you love coconut so much, this is a good snack or dessert for you! After making this, you will realize that you don't need to buy it on the store! (*^_^*)

~CLEAN HANDS are mandatory for this recipe as you need to shape the product. You may use disposable gloves but in my opinion, you may never know if the gloves are really clean so i prefer well, properly cleaned bare hands...You're hands are your best friend! ;)
~If you don't want it to be overly sweet, pick wafers that are not cream filled or are not too sweet.
~You may use desiccated coconut or flaked. Just make sure it's dry.
~Toast or Bake Almonds before using.
