Did you know that one of the "myths" on how Brownies originated was because of a certain baker long ago that was tasked to bake a chocolate cake? Stories tell that this baker was about to make a chocolate cake but when he reached for his flour, he didn't have enough of it!? So i guess you know what happened next right? inventions really comes from prior problems hehe!

The true story? Brownies is actually invented because way back then they wanted to make a chocolate dessert that can easily be carried and stored on square lunch boxes. Simple as that! :)

BEST FUDGE BROWNIES RECIPE NO CHEF WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO MAKE! | Perfect! Moist, Chewy, Flaky top!

*200g DARK chocolate
*Bake at 160C for 35min - 40min. You may add 5min increments in time if its still too liquid-y. Do not go beyond 50min. When you test with a toothpick, it should still come out with little crumbs.
*I used an 8x8 square pan here.
*Increasing the baking time beyond 40min will result in a chewier brownie. Do not overbake! (every oven is different so test for yourself)
*For an even FUDGIER brownie, lessen or totally omit the baking powder.

After coming out of the oven, let it cool at room temperature completely before cutting.
