Butt Blaster - #KISSS by Namrata Purohit

We owe our glutes some serious workout and care since we all spend a substantial amount of our time sitting on them. :P This means the muscles in our buttocks get little or no exercise which result in an untoned, unshapely behind.
In this video I will show you a few basic exercises that will help you strengthen your glutes muscles and regularly practicing them will get you the butt you deserve ;)
