The Body Coach App | What I Eat In A Day | Day 2.

Hello 👋,

Today’s video is what I eat in a day on the 7day trial of the body coach app. I have tweaked some of the recipes to make them more keto or to use up some things in the fridge. I am doing a targeted keto approach, hence why I do have some of the refuel meals but also I personally have a higher net carb tolerance then other people.

Day 2 / 7day trial
Plan:
Breakfast: Almond and honey pancakes with blueberries (I used sugar free honey)
Lunch: Chicken and broccoli with pesto
Workout 1
Dinner: Chicken tikka wrap
Snack 1: Beef Jerky
Snack 2: Mixed nuts
