The Body Coach App | What I Eat In A Day | Day 6 & 7.

Hello 👋,

Welcome to my channel low carb foodie UK 🇬🇧.
Today’s video is what I eat in a day on the 7day trial of the body coach app. I have tweaked some of the recipes to make them more keto or to use up some things in the fridge. I am doing a targeted keto approach, hence why I do have some of the refuel meals but also I personally have a higher net carb tolerance then other people.

Day 6 / 7day trial
Plan:
Rest Day
Breakfast: Bacon and avocado breakfast tacos
Lunch: Peanut butter jam smoothie
Dinner: Off app takeaway
Snack 1: Bacon Jerky
Snack 2: Ketocardiff cookie

Day 7 / 7day trial
Plan:
Rest Day
Breakfast: Peanut butter jam smoothie
Lunch: Spinach waffles and eggs (Fail), almond and blueberry pancakes with honey(I used sugar free honey)
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak
Snack 1- Beef jerky
Snack 2- Trail mix
