पुरानी दिल्ली का मशहूर बटर चिकन | Butter chicken Authentic recipe | मुर्ग़ मक्खनी
Butter chicken is a legendary dish that is very popular in India and many more countries. In this video, I am going to cook two recipes - Chicken Tikka with boneless chicken thighs and then Butter chicken out of Chicken Tikkas. I am also going to make Sizzler out of chicken tikka. So let's get started.

Ingredients:
Chicken Tikka
500 grams of chicken thighs, 150 grams of hung yogurt, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic-green chili paste, 1teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon of dry fenugreek leaves (Kasoori Methi), add a tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder,
orange-red food color optional, 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, clarified butter for basting.
Butter Chicken
Approx 500 grams of chicken Tikka, 4 big-sized tomatoes that are approx 400 grams, 160 grams of chopped onion, a tablespoon of Kashmiri chili, 8-10 teaspoons of vegetable oil, a bay leaf, 2-3 green cardamoms, 4-5 cloves, an inch piece of cinnamon stick, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic-green chili paste, a tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 20 grams of Khoya, a tablespoon of coriander powder, red chili powder as per taste, a half teaspoon of garam masala powder, salt as per taste, 50 grams of fresh cream, a tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves, 20 grams of unsalted butter,
a teaspoon of honey, fresh cream, and coriander's leaves to garnish.
