I posted a video on turkey meat some time ago in which I cooked skinned turkey with spices. At that time I kept half portion of this bird in a deep freezer to try a different recipe without the skin.
So after a week, I prepared this new and easy dish which I cooked in a pressure cooker. Let me share this with you. I hope you will like it too.
