Losing body fat as a goal can seem quite simple, but it's not easy for most people. Several different things can cause fat loss plateaus and stop you from getting leaner. Most people tend to oversimplify and ignore elements such as water retention or calorie adjustments or food preferences, while in reality, those things can set you back on your fitness journey.
In this video I share three things you need to avoid when trying to lose body fat that will dramatically improve your results. This is based on my experience of getting down to 10% body fat and maintaining a physique between 10 and 15% body fat for over six years.
