Hey Babes!
So I decided to switch up my challenge a little because it just wasn’t working the way I wanted it to plus I was getting bored of eating super low carb & I want to be mentally happy on this journey so I changed what I needed to on order to start losing weight again. The change has been going amazing I’m back to losing weight!

Intermittent Fasting
Omad (one meal a day) optional
30 min cardio & 30 min weight training
Write down a goal of the day every morning
