1/4 cup white onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cilantro (leaves only)
Cumin (pinch)
Black pepper (pinch)
Paprika or chill powder (pinch)
Garlic (pinch)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
