How to make tuna cakes from scratch with avocado sauce .

Hello YouTube. Miguel Delgado here, aka Chef Miguelito and welcome to Chef Miguelito TV.

Today I will show you how to make delicious tuna cakes with avocado sauce from scratch.

Ingredients for tuna patties.

1 lbs yellow potatoes
2 tuna cans in water
1/2 cup cilantro
1 cup yellow onion
1/2 cup soda crackers
1 raw egg
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form it into patties.

Ingredients for avocado sauce:

3 Serrano peppers
1 medium yellow onion
3-4 garlic cloves

Toast it in the skillet.

Add ingredients in the blender.

And...

Add:

1 cup cilantro
1 avocado
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup water

Blend it all together.
