Peruvian chef cooks russian food! How to make syrninki (farmer cheese patties)

Hello YouTube. Miguel Delgado here, aka Chef Miguelito and welcome to Chef Miguelito TV.

Today I will show you how to make Russian dish that is called “Syrniki” or farmer cheese patties.

Here are ingredients:

1 lbs farmer cheese
2 eggs
1 or 2 tbsp sugar
Approx 6 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt

Add farmer cheese into the bowl, mix it. Add 2 eggs, sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients together. Add flour and mix it to the consistency shown on the video.
