I Stretched EVERYDAY for A YEAR *SPLITS RESULTS*
For a year I did the stretching routines of Olympic gymnasts to try and improve my flexibility. Finally 1 year my splits results. It started with my 30 day stretching routine, then I continued to follow it everyday for an entire year. Here I documented how long it actually took to achieve flexibility when you do not come from a background in it. Also talked about how my body changed, and tips & lessons I learned along the way.
Note: I recently did my 2 year gymnastic journey, but I specifically wanted to also show the results of just flexibility during the stretching every single day. I followed the routine 4-5x/week. Then 2-3x/week I simple stretched for about 5 to 10 minutes, some hip & chest openers, etc.
