I Trained as an Olympic Gymnast for 2 Years *How My Body Changed*
Thank you everyone for the support during these 2 years. Training as an olympic gymnast has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. It was hard, humbling, but opened my eyes to so many different forms of fitness. You've seen my stretching like an olympic gymnast, training like Simone bile, attempting handstands time and time again in videos. Here's my journey to improving flexibility, core & glute strength, learning handstands and developing a new way to move. Enjoy
