Sometimes management is the answer 👏

We had surprise workers show up yesterday ready to dig a trench in our backyard for fiber cable 😅 And of course… Fenway also had an upset stomach. So no treats, no chews—nothing that might make things worse.

So what did I rely on?
👉 My already established management systems.

Even if treats were an option, it’s not realistic to use them all day. In this case, it was better for everyone to block out the visual + noise entirely.

Management is there to support training—but sometimes, like in this case, it is the solution.

I don’t need my dogs to be comfortable with 15 strangers surrounding our house that they’ll never interact with. Honestly… I kind of like my built-in alarm system 😅

But when life throws something unexpected at you, having systems already in place makes everything easier.
