This second part video shows one way of approaching the front and back plastic covers of a three spoke steering wheel.
The frontal part was done in four pieces attached by a hand sewing 'european stitches/basting stitches pentagons/diamond pattern'.
At first, as you can see in the video I wanted to cover the the back plastic part in one piece of leather, but then after checking, I decided to do it in three parts to ease the procedure. The leather material was skived half its size to get more elasticity and a better adjustment.
As I already mentioned in last video, this 3 spoke steering wheel belongs to the first course related to leather-wrapping the rim of a steering-wheel in one piece and one junction.
