10 MIN AB WORKOUT/ with resistance band/ nicolaca_

this time I decided to do an extra exhausting ab workout which includes using a resistance band.
Its important to keep tension in every exercise to give your ab muscles a good burn.
If you don't have a resistance band no problem, just do it without.
