韓式泡菜鍋食譜-簡單！Easy Korean Kimchi Hot Pot Recipe

I can't emphasize enough how important Korean Kimchi Hot Pot is to me. I need it when I feel cold; I need it when I HAVE a cold; I need it when I have lots of people to feed; I need it when I want some comfort in the day; I need it when I feel like a decent amount of vegetables in my belly. I need it all the time really, and that's why I always turn to this dish to solve all sorts of problems in my life.

This recipe is dead dead simple to make yet it comes out so impressive that you wouldn't have thought it was so easily made. With the sweetness and flavors out of all the healthy hearty ingredients and the precious Koran hot chili paste and wonderful kimchi, this hot pot is definitely the joy (slash the savior) of life! Ingredients材料:
◇2 Leeks (only the white & light green parts) 兩根蒜苗(只取白色與淡綠色部分)
◇1 small Carrot 一小根蘿蔔
◇1/2 Onion 半顆洋蔥
◇80g Shiitake Mushrooms 八十公克香菇
◇100g Enoki Mushrooms 一把金針菇
◇1 handful of Bokchoy 一把青江菜
◇200g Pork Slices 一盒(約兩百克)火鍋豬肉片
◇80g Mini Hot Dogs 八十公克小熱狗
◇160g Kimchi 一百六十克泡菜
◇1~2 packets Instant Noodles 一~兩包泡麵
◇2tbsp Korean Chili Paste 兩大匙韓式辣醬
◇2tbsp Soy Sauce 兩大匙醬油
◇2tbsp Rice Wine 兩大匙米酒
