Beautiful and delicious, edible Flower sugar Cookies. Super easy to make using almond flour.

These almond sugar cookies, are fun To make and bake, delicious to eat, and it will make a a beautiful homemade gift! It is super easy and beautiful for any occasion. Oh and they are super good I promise!
1 cup unsalted butter room temp
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups almond flour
2 cups flour
1 vanilla bean or 1tsp vanilla
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Powder sugar for dusting
1 egg white for brushing
Fresh eatable flowers and herbs
Cream together the butter and sugar until pale yellow, add the eggs and then fold in the dry ingredients. Refrigerate the dough for 1/2 hour then roll out using powder sugar for dusting. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour if dough becomes soft. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
