Pandan Custard

Have you ever tried pandan custard before? You can serve it with steam bread, beignets or fill it in the cake with shredded coconut etc... Once you try this, you will addicted to it for sure :)

You'll need :
5 tbsp of Pandan juice
1 tsp of Palm sugar
3 tbsp of white sugar
1 tsp of corn starch
1/4 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of water
a pinch of salt
