Pandan custard cake recipe/ very soft chiffon cake with fragrant pandan custard above | sweet 99%

Recipe:

- caramel:
80g sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp hot water

8 pandanus leaves + 1 cup of water ( blend & strain )
for custard (30g) and chiffon cake ( 20g )

- pandanus custard:
1 egg
2 egg yolks
70g evaporated milk
30g pandan water
35g condensed milk

- chiffon cake:
2 egg yolks
20g pandan water
20g evaporated milk
20g oil

35g cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
a bit of salt

2 white eggs
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
25g sugar
Just tip:
- double check before take out the cake from the oven coz custard takes long time of baking
- 35-40 minutes, suitable for baking custard cakes, size 1-1.5 pounds as the recipe above, incase increase the recipe, should take more time for baking , make sure that the out put of custard is perfect ( may take time nearly 90 minutes in oven )
- mostly of mistake is happened for the custard , if need decrease risk , the thick of custard should be approximately 1/3 of the whole cake
