蝦醬蒸豬肉 Steamed Pork Belly With Shrimp Paste (有字幕 With Subtitles)

豬腩肉半斤(300克),蝦醬1湯匙,薑3片。
豬肉洗淨吸乾水,切片。1湯蝦醬與1湯匙米酒混和,加入豬肉,1茶匙糖,1/4茶匙豉油,少許胡椒粉,薑絲,拌勻,生粉(澱粉/ 粟粉)1湯匙,拌勻,1茶匙油,拌勻,盡量攤薄放碟上,大火蒸12分鐘(如確定豬肉沒有重疊蒸10分鐘)。

Pork belly 300g, shrimp paste 1 tbsp, 3 slices ginger.
steps:
Wash the pork & drain, slice, 1 tbsp shrimp paste mix with 1 tbsp cooking wine, add pork belly, sugar 1 tsp, soy sauce 1/4 tsp, a bit of white pepper, ginger sticks, cornstarch 1 tbsp, cooking oil 1 tsp, mix well, lay the pork thin on the plate(no overlap is better), steam for 12 mins over high heat (steam for 10 mins if you sure the pork has no overlap).
