In this movement you’ll find ways to improve...
✅Ankle mobility
✅Knee Mobility
✅Hip mobility
✅Lumbar mobility
What more can you ask for⁉️
.
🔑 The key here is to move based on your intent! For ankle mobility, drive the knee forward past the toes. For knee mobility, try to get your butt back down towards the heels. For hip mobility, bring your chest forward to maximize hip flexion. Now with hip mobility, you can also bias the groin if you drive the knee out into hip abduction/external rotation. You have options here!

There is no hard rule, but we recommend hanging out here for about a minute. You can spend more or less time depending on how you feel.
