2021-01-23 Xiao Qi Ji ~ Cubbie in a Crate!

Day 155 #PandaStory: Today Xiao Qi Ji discovered the joy of honey, and of playing in mommie Mei Xiang's enrichment milk crate!

As Mei Xiang was enjoying her honey covered milk crate in room 2, Xiao Qi Ji was waking up in the den. When Mei finishes, she starts bleating to Qi Ji ... and he leaves the den to heed her calling! There he discovers the crate ... and is quite enamored with the crate, and the leftover smells and taste of honey. And being a 5 month old cub, he absolutely had to figure out how to get into it ... although getting out wasn't quite as easy! And then it was off to room 3 and the den, and we see closeups of Mei Xiang and Qi Ji at the den doorway! Cute!
