Resep Sate Ayam Praktis (14 tusuk)

Bahan:
400 gr dada ayam fillet
1 sdm kaldu ayam
1 sdm kecap manis
¼ sdt merica
1 sdm selai kacang
1 sdm santan kental
2 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih

Bumbu:
3 sdm selai kacang
1 sdm bawang merah goreng
½ sdm bawang putih goreng
⅓ sdt garam
200 ml air
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdt penyedap

Pelengkap:
Kecap manis
Cabai rawit, iris
Jeruk limau
Bawang merah goreng
Bawang merah, potong

Langkah:
1. Potong daging ayam fillet memanjang
2. Marinasi ayam dengan semua bumbu, tusukkan daging yang sudah dimarinasi menggunakan tusuk sate, gunting-gunting bagian pinggirnya (opsional)
3. Panggang diatas pan anti lengket dengan sedikit minyak hingga kecoklatan dan matang
4. Campurkan semua bahan bumbu kacang, masak hingga mengental
5. Sajikan sate ayam dengan bumbu kacang, jeruk limau, cabai rawit, bawang merah dan bawang merah goreng sebagai pelengkap

Practical Chicken Satay Recipe (yield: 14 pcs)

Ingredients:
400 g chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp thick coconut milk
2 pc shallot
2 clove garlic

Peanut Sauce:
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp fried shallots
½ tbsp fried garlic
⅓ tsp salt
200 ml water
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tsp flavor enhancer

Condiments:
Sweet soy sauce
Bird’s eye chili, sliced
Lime
Fried shallots
Shallot, sliced

Steps:
1. Slice the fillet lengthwise.
2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients. Skewer the marinated chicken and cut up the sides (optional).
3. Cook on a nonstick pan with a bit of oil until browned and cooked thoroughly.
4. Mix all the Peanut Sauce ingredients. Cook until it thickens.
5. Serve the Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, lime, bird’s eye chili, shallots, and fried shallots on the side.
