RESEP SATE AYAM MEDAN LENGKAP DENGAN BUMBU RAHASIA!!!
Recipe: Chicken Satay and grilled chicken. [YT: Resep Sate Ayam Medan Lengkap Dengan Bumbu Rahasia!!!]
Ingredients:
500gr of Chicken Fillet (washed and cleaned).
3pcs of Lemongrass.
5pcs of Red Onion.
6pcs of Candlenut.
Tamarind.
Red Chili.
Coriander.
Ginger.
Galangal.
Turmeric.
Garlic.
6pcs of Lime.
100gr of Cayenne pepper.
Bay leafs.
Lime Leafs.
150gr of Palm sugar.
700gr of Grinded nut.
Pepper powder.
Salt.
Fried Onion.
Soy Sauce.
Butter.
Additional Ingredients/Utensils:
Satay Skewer (Bamboo Skewer).
Lontong (Steam Molded Rice).
Steps:
Blend up the Red onion, Garlic, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass, Candlenut, Galangal, Tamarind, and red chili, add up some water. Blend it until smooth.
Then add in the palm sugar and soy sauce (as much as needed).
Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, then blend it again.
Now cut the chicken fillet, then skewer the chicken using the Satay Skewer. (Repeat until all of the chicken and the skewer is all used up).
Now pour the blended ingredients (or satay sauce) to the plate, then add some soy sauce, mix it using spoon, then coat the chicken meat (satay) using the satay sauce (repeat until all of the satay is coated using the satay sauce).
Now turn on the stoves, heat up some oil, then add in 3 pcs of bay leafs, then add in the satay sauce, some water, stir it, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, and some palm sugar.
Now put in the chicken into the cooked sauce, then stir it until well blended. Then cook it until the broth or sauce became dry.
Now blend up some cayenne pepper, garlic, and red chili. Add some water then blend until smooth.
Now add in the bay leafs, lime leafs, and the lemon grass.
Heat up some oil in the fry pan, then add in the chili mix with the bay leafs, lime leafs, and lemongrass. Stir it until the aroma is speading, then add in the palm sugar, and some soy sauce.
Add in 1 teaspoon of salt, then stir it until well blended and dry.
Now add in some water into the chili mix, then stir it. Now cut some lime then squeeze the juice into the bowl.
Now add in the grinded nut into the pan, and add the soy sauce as much as needed, stir it until well blended.
Then add in the lime juice into the pan, then stir it. After that place the nut sauce into the bowl.
Now spread some butter into the griller or flat pan, then grill the Chicken Satay.
Grill it until fully cooked, you can coat it up several times with satay sauce or butter during grilling, and wait until became dry.
Then place the satay to the plate, then put in the nut sauce, some fried onion, dress it with lontong, and ready to be served.Enjoy.
